How it Works

Virtual assistance is provided offsite in our fully equipped professional home office. The VA is an advent of the 21st century, though only the term is new. Administrative professionals have been working "virtually" for many years under the guise of "tele-commuting" and "home-based secretary", so the idea is not new, but the terminology is.

Assistance is provided by the client sending work via cd, disk, email, fax or snail mail to be prepared in the virtual professional's office and returned in the preferred format.

The virtual assistant will provide general administrative duties, but also usually have a niche in which they are specialized. Hallmark Virtual Solutions specializes in the following areas:
